The instant petition has been filed for quashing of impugned order dated 24.02.2021 (Annexure P-6), vide which the bail granted to both the petitioners has been cancelled and for quashing of impugned order dated 22.04.2021 (Annexure P-8), whereby, non-bailable warrants of arrest have been issued against both the petitioners for 31.05.2021. After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioners seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition.
