CRM-M-30625 of 2017 Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent No.2 to take strict legal action against the accused persons as they tried to forcibly entered into the land of petitioner and take possession thereof. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made a representation dated 8.7.2017 (Annexure P1) to respondent No.3Commissioner of Police, Gurugram, but the same remained unattended till now.
