**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Interim bail was granted to the petitioner in view of ratio laid down in Inderjit Singh @ Laddi VS. State of Punjab, 2014(3) RCR (Criminal) 953 till receipt of FSL report. On receipt of FSL report, the petitioner did not surrender. Vide order dated 04.08.2021, interim bail granted to the petitioner was withdrawn and he was directed to surrender in the trial Court within 7 days.

As per reply filed by the State, petitioner has not surrendered as yet.

In view of aforesaid factual position, no indulgence can be granted in favour of the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Dismissed.
