The petitioner through the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is seeking quashing of FIR No. 303 dated 26.07.2019, under Sections 323, 34, 354, 377, 406, 498-A and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station City Hisar, District Hisar. 2.

Power of attorney filed by Mr. Rajesh Gupta, Advocate, on behalf of respondent No. 2 is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that as the matter is under investigation, he may be allowed to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail remedies as permissible by law. 4.
