SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.18 dated 28.02.2022 under Sections 341,307,427,506,148,149 IPC and Sections 25,54,59 of Arms Act registered at P.S Nurpur Bedi, District Ropar. After arguing for some time, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. Prayer is accepted.
