Due to COVID-19 situation, the Court is convened through video conference.

This petition is filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 103, dated 29th May, 2020, under Sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC, registered at Police Station DLF, Phase-I, District Gurugram (Haryana).

This Court vide order dated 29th June, 2020, granted the interim bail to the petitioner, subject to joining investigation. The interim protection was extended from time to time.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Amit Kumar submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and has given his specimen signatures.

Though the issue remains as to whether original letter in dispute is with the petitioner or not. The stand of the petitioner is that the letter PRASHANT KAPOOR 2022.02.08 17:54 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
CRM-M-15918-2020 (O&M) received by him has been handed over to the Investigating Officer. 6.
As no custodial interrogation is needed, the interim bail granted on 29th June, 2020, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall continue to join investigation as and when called for. 7.
The petition as well as pending miscellaneous applications stands disposed of.
