This petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for issuance of a direction to the arresting officer to release the petitioner on bail forthwith in the event of his arrest as he was declared proclaimed offender vide order dated 17.10.2012 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana, in case FIR No.25 dated 13.5.2009 registered for the offences under Sections 171-F and 188 IPC at Police Station Division No.4, Ludhiana, District Ludhiana.

I have learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

As per the order dated 17.10.2012 (Annexure-P.1/A) passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana, statutory period of 30 days has been lapsed and accused Pardeep Kumar along with other coHARPAL SINGH PARMAR 2015.09.11 12:10 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

Cr. Misc. No.M-30610 of 2015 [2] accused was declared proclaimed offender. For the last about three years, the petitioner has not appeared before the trial Court and remained absent from the proceedings, therefore, in the facts and circumstances of the case, no ground is made out for grant of anticipatory bail to him. Therefore, finding no merit in this petition, the same is dismissed.
