Learned State counsel submits that petitioners are not required in any case and no FIR has been registered against them. Husband of petitioner no. 1, namely, Nathi Ram is involved in a case bearing FIR No. 525 dated 19.05.2016, registered at Police Station Chandnibagh, District Panipat for offences punishable under Sections 406, 417 and 420 IPC and he is on bail in that case.
