The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to initiate a fair and proper investigation in FIR No. 27 dated 03.02.2022 under Sections 323, 341, 506, 148, 149 IPC registered at Police Station Moti Nagar, District Police Commisionerate, Ludhiana. Notices served upon the official respondents No. 1 to 3 through the State's counsel.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied in case directions be issued to decide the representation dated 13.03.2022 (Annexure P-5) within the time bound manner.

The prayer being innocuous is not opposed by the learned State counsel. Given above, respondent No. 2-The Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana to decide the representation dated 13.03.2022 (Annexure P-5) by passing a speaking order within thirty working days from today, if not already decided. In case, the grievance of the petitioner still exists, he shall be at liberty to avail legal remedy in accordance with law including approaching this Court. Petition is allowed to the extent above. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
