0 12 Mr. Kshitiz Goel, Advocate, has made appearance on behalf of respondent and filed Power of Attorney, which is taken on record. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of the Court that Guardian Petition bearing No. 36/2022, which was pending before Principal Judge, Family Court, Faridabad, has since been transferred to the competent jurisdiction of Hyderabad High Court, Telangana, by the order of Hon'ble Supreme Court. In the given circumstances, since the file has already been transferred from Faridabad Court, where it was earlier pending, the present petition, as such, is not maintainable before this Court, once it has been transferred by Hon'ble Supreme Court.

CR-2096-2024 In view of the same, the instant revision petition is hereby dismissed.
