Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 3 to protect their life and liberty from the hands of respondents No. 4 and 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that marriage of the petitioners was solemnized on 27.1.2015. Photographs of marriage ceremony are annexed as Annexure P-4. He has further submitted that the petitioners have moved a representation to Senior Superintendent of Police, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar (Nawan Shahar)--respondent No. 2 (Annexure P-5) but no action has been taken so far.
