Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that so far as the claim of the petitioner is concerned legal notice dated 13.10.2022 (Annexure P-1) now stands decided. However, he submits that the grievance of the petitioner qua interest still survives.

In view of the order dated 29.11.2022 passed by the Writ Court the petitioner has already been granted liberty to seek revival of the writ petition.

May do so, if so advised.
