**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 326, dated 07.09.2020, under Sections 306 of IPC, registered at Police Station City (Kotwali) Faridkot, District Faridkot.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 19th May, 2021, passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in the following terms, the petitioner has joined investigation:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner inter-alia contends that the petitioner, who is 23 year old young man, having no criminal antecedents has been falsely implicated in this case; there is no suicide note to implicate the petitioner; there is delay of 07 months in lodging of the FIR; even if the case of the prosecution is accepted as the gospel truth, though vehemently denied, the allegations against the petitioner are that the petitioner had an affair with the deceased and due to that fact was used to speak to JAWALA RAM 2021.09.03 11:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-19906-2021 - 2 - her and occasionally quarrel with her; there is no evidence on the record with regard to any abetment by the petitioner leading the deceased to commit suicide and that the petitioner is ready and willing to join the investigation as and when called by the investigating agency."

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Sikander Singh, states that the petitioner is no longer required for further interrogation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 19th May, 2021, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
