This petition has been preferred by the petitioner, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the official respondents to consider his representation dated 14.03.2025 (Annexure P-3) against respondent No.4. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner has preferred a representation/complaint dated 14.03.2025 (Annexure P-3) to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab to look into his representation/complaint and take appropriate steps at the earliest.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 14.03.2025 (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
