Mr. Akashdeep Singh, Advocate, for the petitioners Mr. Dhruv Dayal, Sr. DAG, Punjab for the State Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Harbans Singh, Police Station Nahianwala, Bathinda has made statement that police during the course of investigations has recorded statements, collected written evidence to the effect that the prosecutrix in this case is carrying on nefarious trade of prostitution and has even on earlier occasions levelled similar charges against other persons to seek undue monetary compensation and that the petitioners have since joined the investigation and are no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from them and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute.

In the light of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 11.9.2018 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C.
