**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 12 dated 17.7.2015, registered under Sections 406, 498-A IPC, Police Station Women Police Station, Jagraon, District Ludhiana.

Rs. 10,000/- has been paid by the counsel for the petitioner to the counsel representing respondent No. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 10.9.2015, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. State counsel states that the FIR is only under Section 498-A IPC and Section 406 IPC was deleted.
