Dinesh Kumar, the petitioner, prays for grant of regular bail pending trial in a criminal case arising from FIR No. 32, dated 23.01.2020, registered under Section 498-A, 304-B and 406 IPC, at Police Station Narnaul, District Mohindergarh, Haryana.

As per the case of the prosecution, the petitioner's wife died due to hanging within 52 days of their marriage.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner contends that the petitioner is in custody since 14.07.2020 and there is no forensic evidence to prove his involvement as she committed suicide. 4.

Ms. Kirti Singh, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, on instructions, stated that as per report of the Forensic Science Laboratory, no poison was found in her body.

Criminal Misc. No. M-19901 of 2021 conclusion of the trial is likely to take time as the trial Court is yet to start recording the evidence of the prosecution witnesses. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedents.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and without commenting upon the merits of the case, it is considered appropriate to direct the petitioner to be released on regular bail as the conclusion of the trial is likely to take time. Hence, the present petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on regular bail subject to his furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the learned Area Judicial Magistrate/Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate.
