(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., for quashing of FIR No. 12, dated 12.02.2021, under Sections 376(2)(N), 506, 34, 313 IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Women, Gohana, Sonipat, along with consequential proceedings arising therefrom. Learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to satisfy this Court as to why inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. should be exercised in the case in hand, as admittedly the case is still under investigation. Petition stands dismissed accordingly.
