**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 268 dated 11.8.2017, registered under Sections 376 IPC, Police Station Focal Point, Ludhiana. Service has been effected on respondent No. 2 but no one appears.

Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 27.7.2018, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation. It is also stated that challan has been filed.
