Through this Civil Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India prayer has been made for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing order of respondent No.2 - Deputy Commissioner, Bhiwani, dated 28.05.2020 (Annexure P-2), suspending the petitioner from the post of Sarpanch.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, but without commenting on the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents-State to decide appeal of the petitioner, if any, within one month from today either by hearing him in person or providing him virtual hearing.
