Through this Civil Writ Petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India prayer has been made for issuance of writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for setting aside notice dated 12.06.2020 (Annexure P-4) served upon petitioners by respondent No.4 for demarcation/possession proceedings of land in question to be carried out in Village Bhuslana on 29.06.2020.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, but without commenting on the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the observation that demarcation or any possession proceedings carried out by revenue officials on 29.06.2020 shall be subject to outcome of revision allegedly filed by the petitioners before the revisional authorities.
