(Oral) The precise grievance of petitioner before this Court is that she is the legally wedded wife of respondent No. 4, who is working as Head Constable and is posted at Malerkotla, Police Station City-1. Her husband is having illicit relations with a lady namely Harjit Kaur for the last many years. The police is now harassing the petitioner and her children, as Harjit Kaur is making false complaints against the petitioner. The complaints are being made as the husband of the petitioner does not want to keep the petitioner and the children. A detailed representation (P-1) in this regard is also pending with the police in this regard.
