Piyush Infrastructure India Pvt. Ltd. Etc.", filed by the respondent under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

The petitioners are relegated to trial Court with liberty to raise all the pleas, which have been raised in this petition. Disposed of.
