(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing impugned summoning order dated 07.07.2018 (Annexure P-3) qua the petitioners passed by the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Faridabad in a Complaint bearing No. NACT/2010/2018 dated 14.03.2018 titled as "Abhinav Verma Vs. Piyush Infrastructure India Pvt. Ltd. Etc.", filed by the respondent under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

Heard.

The petitioners are relegated to trial Court with liberty to raise all the pleas, which have been raised in this petition. Disposed of.
