(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Jaswant Singh in case FIR No.61, dated 13.07.2018, under Sections 61/1/14 of Punjab Excise Act, registered at Police Station Tarsikka, District Amritsar. On instructions from ASI Sukhwinder Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.
