The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is for quashing of the FIR No.0148 dated 30.05.2025 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC, 1860 at Police Station Gurgaon City, Haryana. 2.

None appears for the petitioner.

The learned State counsel, at the very outset, submits that a cancellation report has been submitted before the concerned Court, in which the complainant has appeared and got recorded his statement to the effect that he is satisfied with the same.

In view of the above, the present petition seeking quashing of the FIR has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
