(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No.364 dated 16.07.2018 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Faridabad Kotwali, Faridabad. On instructions from S.I. Raj Kumar, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 27.07.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
