Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 40 dated 7.3.2019, registered under Sections 307/450/323/427/148/149 IPC and Section 25/27/30 of the Arms Act, 1959, Police Station Canal Colony, Bathinda, District Bathinda. Notice of motion.

At this stage, Mr. Luvinder Sofat, AAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the State.

Learned State counsel has pointed out that there are some flaws in the translation of the FIR.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better translation.
