Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that a compromise has already been arrived at between the parties and petition under Section 13-B has been filed. The date of second motion is 29.5.2015. It has been brought to the notice of this court that accused have already moved a separate petition seeking quashing on the basis of compromise.

In view of above, this petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
