ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.94 dated 09.08.2018 registered under Section 379 IPC at Police Station Arniwala, District Fazilka.

The operative part of the order dated 08.04.2019, vide which interim anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioner, is reproduced as under:- "....Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is a delay of 15 months in registration of the FIR and the dispute is about 160 bees boxes, which as per the allegations in the FIR, were stolen. It is further submitted that the co-accused of the petitioner has already been granted the concession of interim anticipatory bail in CRM-M No.44897 of 2018.

CRM-M No.16156 of 2019 to the order dated 08.04.2019, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Kuldeep Singh, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 08.04.2019 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
