Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 95 dated 31.07.2018, registered under Section(s) 302, 341, 323, 148 & 149 IPC at Police Station Cheema, District Sangrur.

Allegation against the petitioner that he is the main accused for causing murder of Sukhchain Singh and recovery of weapon is yet to be effected. A specific role has been attributed to him. As such, no ground is made out to grant the concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner and present petition stands dismissed.
