Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that in compliance to the order dated 27.01.2026 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the requisite Misal number has been supplied to the petitioners and the said Misal number is 10 of 2008 and the same has wrongly been stated in the writ petition as Misal no.1 of 2008. It is submitted that the respondent has Misal no.1 also and the same can also be supplied to the petitioners.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that since Misal no.10 of 2008 pertains to the petitioners and the same has been supplied to the petitioners, thus, due compliance has been made and the present contempt petition be disposed of.

In view of the above, the present contempt petition is disposed of.
