CRM-M-16818-2026 -2aforesaid FIR, cancellation report is already filed on 04.02.2026 in which notice is already served to the victim and she has also appeared in the said cancellation and the next date fixed in that case is 21.04.2026 for filing protest petition. Downloaded copy of order dated 19.03.2026 passed by SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Samalkha is also produced. In light of aforesaid factual position, learned counsel for the petitioner states that she withdraws the present petition with liberty to take stand available to the victim before the Court concerned. In view of the aforesaid statement, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
