The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 14.03.2023 (Annexure P-4) passed by the learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Rewari rejecting the application filed by the petitioner herein for providing police help to implement the order dated 25.03.2011 passed on an application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 CPC.

Admittedly the suit itself stands decreed vide judgment and decree dated 12.03.2025 and as such the order passed in the application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 CPC has merged with the final judgment and decree dated 12.03.2025.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present revision petition and the same is disposed off as such. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. AMAN JAIN 2025.09.24 09:31 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
