Without feeling the necessity to advert on to the very averments of the petitioners and the fact of impleadment of the alleged second wife of petitioner Jahid would be subject matter of adjudication in an appropriate court under relevant provisions of law and not in the present petition and in acknowledging that by virtue of Article 21 of the Constitution of India, a citizen of the country is entitled to protection of life and liberty, the present petition stands disposed off with direction to respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners (Annexure P5) within the framework of law.
