SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.608 dated 24.07.2024 under Section 20 of NDPS Act (Section 29 of NDPS Act was added later on and challan presented only under Section 29 against the present petitioner) registered at P.S Sector 58, Faridabad.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. Prayer is accepted.
