(Oral) The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C is for granty of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in F.I.R No. 243 dated 26.06.2014 u/s 420 IPC, registered at P.S. City Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran. Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Tarsem Singh has informed the Court that the petitioners have not deposited Rs.70,000/- before the trial Court, in compliance of order dated 06.09.2014. Further, two more F.I.R's with similar allegations have been registered against Jagir Kaur i.e F.I.R No. 336 dated 06.09.2014 u/s 420 and F.I.R No. 243 dated 26.06.2014.
