Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Krishan Lal, Police Station, Sadar, Rupnagar, submits that in compliance of the interim directions dated 06.10.2015 issued by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and no more required for custodial interrogation in the present case. In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. Interim directions dated 06.10.2015 issued by this Court, are made absolute.
The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down in Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
