Ms.

Tanisha Peshawaria, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and informs on instructions from Hardeep Singh, Assistant, Department of Women and Child Development, Haryana that the matter is under active consideration of the Authorities concerned and a decision shall be taken within a period of two months and the admissible dues will also be paid to petitioner, as per the decision within a further period of two months thereafter.
