The present petition has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0121 dated 09.03.20243, under Section 18 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (Section 29 of NDPS Act added later on), registered at Police Station Thanesar Sadar, District Kurukshetra.

After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty that the petitioner shall surrender within two weeks and in case, he applies for regular bail, the same be decided expeditiously. 3.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within two weeks from today and in case, he applies for regular bail, the same shall be decided on its own merits, expeditiously. 4.
The State is also directed to place on record the material in Manju 2024.04.16 14:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
