The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking directions to the official respondents for taking appropriate legal action on representation dated 08.01.2024 (Annexure P-6) against private respondents No. 4 to 8.

After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court of competent jurisdiction by invoking the provisions of Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. 3.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
