******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition, submitting that the trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
Learned State counsel submits that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined except three, who have been summoned for 15.12.2017.
Keeping in view the above fact, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the case and dispose of the same at the earliest, preferably within four months from the receipt of copy of this order, provided defence counsel cooperate by cross-examining the witnesses on the date they appear.
