Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking quashing of complaint No.COMA/62/2018 titled Noozam Vs. Ashutosh Rana and Others filed under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (P-5) along with order dated 27.11.2018 (P-6) vide which the petitioner has been summoned to face trial. Mr. Vishal Munjal, Advocate puts in appearance on behalf of the respondent and files Vakalatnama which is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present petition has been rendered infructuous as the matter has been settled between the parties before the National Lok Adalat vide order dated 13.08.2022, and the same may be disposed of as such.
