***** SABINA, J Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.21 dated 14.04.2015, under Sections 353, 186 and 427 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Rangar Nangal, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur.

While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 10.09.2015:- " Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that Harjit Singh has since been arrested and released on regular bail.

Petitioners shall abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. " Learned State counsel who is assisted by Assistant Sub Inspector Vinod Kumar has submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for further investigation.

Accordingly, interim bail granted to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 10.09.2015, is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
