As per the office report, appellant No.1 stands duly served. However, none has put in appearance on his behalf. Notice issued to appellant No.2 has not been received back either served or otherwise.

To await service of appellant No.2, adjourned to 26.09.2024.

Meanwhile, notice be also issued to the respondent for the date fixed."

As per the office report, appellant No.1 stands duly served and appellant No.2 is stated to have died. The sole respondent remains unserved due to incomplete address. Today no one has put in appearance on behalf of appellant No.1 despite service.
