On 02.08.2024, the following order was passed : "Learned counsel for the appellants states that he has no instructions in the matter.

As per the office report, appellant No.1 stands duly served. However, none has put in appearance on his behalf. Notice issued to appellant No.2 has not been received back either served or otherwise.

To await service of appellant No.2, adjourned to 26.09.2024.

Meanwhile, notice be also issued to the respondent for the date fixed."

As per the office report, appellant No.1 stands duly served and appellant No.2 is stated to have died. The sole respondent remains unserved due to incomplete address. Today no one has put in appearance on behalf of appellant No.1 despite service. None has come forward to get themselves Yogesh Sharma 2024.09.27 11:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.
