PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) Instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to transfer the investigation of FIR No.56 dated 16.07.2013 registered under Section 323/324/341/148/149 IPC at Police Station Rawalpindi, District Kapurthala to some senior officer or direct respondent No.4 to take action against the accused as per law.
Learned counsel for the State, after seeking instructions from Investigating Officer, states that investigation is already complete, challan has been presented and some of the accused have been found to be innocent.
