The petitioner moved application for direction to Ahlmad to trace the documents i.e. record of one application, CCTV footage dated 18.09.2012 and other relevant documents submitted by the Investigating Officer. The application was disposed of with observation that there is nothing on record to show that such record of CCTV footage or other documents form part of Calendra submitted before the Court. Earlier during the statement of petitioner, request was made by Addl. Public Prosecutor for production of CCTV footage taken into possession by the police, which was declined by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandigarh vide order dated 08.07.2015.
