The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of 'the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023', for quashing of cross case bearing DDR No.36 dated 12.04.2025 for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 126(2), 303(2), 127(2), 351(3), 191(3), 190 [Section 118(2) added later on] of No.70 dated 11.04.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 126(2), 351(3), 191(3), 190, 61(2) [Sections 118(2) and 304(2) added later on and Section 303(2) deleted later on] of , Police Station Kotwali Patiala, District Patiala, along with all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom. The quashing of FIR has been sought on the ground of compromise.
