(Oral) Petitioner is seeking directions to the official respondents to conclude the investigation in FIR No.130 dated 12.09.2013, under Sections 498-A, 406 and 506 IPC, at Police Station Division No.2, Pathankot. At the very outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurinder Singh, has informed that the challan has been presented in this case on 02.01.2017 against husband of petitioner Ritesh Saggar (respondent No.5) whereas others private respondents have been kept in column-II.
