After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage. However, it is submitted that complainant and the victim are not coming forth for recording their statements. It is submitted that the next date of hearing before the learned trial Court is 19.04.2024.

Learned State counsel submits that the victim and the complainant were not examined on two dates as the victim had to appear in her examinations, therefore, the prosecution evidence could not commence. 3.
In view of the position as noted above as well as the statement of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage. However, it is directed that the complainant and the victim be examined on the next two dates of hearing fixed before the learned trial Court.
